Silk Scarf Marbling Class Sunday August 21st 12-1:30p 2:30-4pm
Wear your art! Create a beautiful silk scarf using the ancient Japanese Marbling method of Suminagashi 墨 流 し or "floating ink". Students will choose their color combinations from various dyes, dropping various colors on top of the water. Scarves are a creative and unique gift! Ages 9+ Welcome.

Silk marbling takes each student about 20-30 minutes to create (depending on the design). It is a fun and mesmerizing technique to watch, however we do not want you waiting around too long. Therefore, please sign up for a 12-1:30pm, or 2:30-4pm session and plan to arrive 10 minutes before your session. You can observe other students, and take in the surroundings of our cozy studio while you wait your turn.
***Scarf packages can not be shared/split. Individual ticket/scarf packages must be purchased for each person attending. ($48 per person)***
***CANCELLATION POLICY***
No refunds or Class transfers issued to cancellations. You are welcome to send someone in your place. We do not facilitate any ticket resales. Class credit valued at 70% of purchase price provided to 48 hours notice cancellation. If a workshop is cancelled due to Covid-19 or any other uncontrollable circumstance, you will be issued a credit. No refunds will be provided.
