Ticket & Cancellation Policy: We do not issue refunds. Must email: [email protected] 48 hours before your event to cancel and receive a credit valued at 70% of original purchase price. No credits will be issued for cancellations less than 48 hrs before an event for any reason. You are welcome to send someone in your place if you can not attend. We reserve the right to refuse coupon use on any selected events. Coupons can not be applied to past purchases. In the event that an event is cancelled due to weather or uncontrolled circumstances, customers will be issued a credit to use towards a class at a later date. No refunds will be issued to classes cancelled due to weather, viruses, pandemics, or other uncontrolled circumstances.
