Ticket Cancellation Policy: We do not issue refunds. Must email: laura.okoh@paintnplayrva.com 48 hours before your event to cancel and receive a credit valued at 80% of the original purchase price. No credits will be issued to cancellations occurring less than 48 hrs. No shows will not be issued credits. We reserve the right to refuse coupon use on any selected events. In the event that snow or weather causes the roads to be unsafe for travel, class will be cancelled and customers will be issued a credit to use within 3 months of the schedule class. No refunds will be issued for classes cancelled due to weather.
