About the Owner:
​Laura Okoh moved to Richmond in 2009. She studied Oil Painting and Studio Art at Binghamton University in Upstate New York, where she grew up. She spends her days painting, managing Paint 'N Play RVA, and taking care of her daughters. In her free time she enjoys hiking, biking, fishing, photography, zumba, cooking, and spending time with her family and friends.

About Paint 'N Play RVA:

In 2014 Laura's friends began to express an interest in painting lessons. After a few successful paint lessons and parties amongst friends, she decided to start a mobile painting party business. Paint 'N Play RVA was born. Over the years Laura's customers had expressed a demand for a studio/party space and she decided to listen and expand.

Today Paint 'N Play RVA has expanded into a brick and mortar business, located in Sycamore Square Midlothian, VA, in addition to the mobile side of the business. Paint 'N Play RVA gives customers the opportunity to host their private events amongst friends in her studio or in the privacy of their own home. We aim to teach participants painting techniques, build confidence, in hopes they leave the party with the realization that we all have an artist within ourselves!
