Vintage China Mosaic Tray Workshop Sunday June 16th 2:30-4:30pm
Kintsugi is the art of golden joinery, in which broken objects – usually ceramics – are mended with gold-dusted lacquer. Kintsugi's exact origins are unknown, but some historians date it as far back as the late 15th century
Pick from a variety of Vintage China and release some steam when we break them into pieces for our trays. Feel free to bring some of your own pieces. We will provide and orient you with tools to break into smaller pieces.
You can keep your grout white or cover it with gold. Handles are optional but included in the provided class materials.
