If we do not receive your photo one week prior to the workshop, you will be responsible for bringing your own 8 x 10 printed photo
Ticket Cancellation Policy: We do not issue refunds to special events requiring personalization. You are welcome to take your photo and frame home with you to complete at home if you can not attend. You are welcome to send someone in your place if you can not attend. In the event that an event is cancelled due to Covid-19, any uncontrollable circumstance, or weather, customers will be issued a credit to use towards a class at a later date, No refunds will be issued.
